In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at encanto030@gmail.com — we will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the buyer bears the cost of reshipping.
