Shipping Policy

Once the item is handed over to the delivery service, all risks (loss, damage, or delay) pass to the buyer.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted directly to the carrier in accordance with their policies and insurance conditions. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or force majeure.

If the address is incorrect, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
