Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the pile white?
White taklon is the undyed form of the fibre, which means no colour transfer onto light-coloured concealer or cream products. It also makes residue and staining immediately visible, which encourages regular cleaning.
Why does hand-assembly matter?
Hand-assembled brushes have tighter bristle alignment and more secure fastening than machine-produced alternatives, which translates to longer working life and more consistent application. Hand-assembly also allows the brush maker to inspect each fibre bundle individually.
Is it firm enough for packing cream shadow?
Yes, the resilient taklon structure provides enough pressure to pack cream shadow intensity onto the lid, while the soft tips prevent product displacement at the edges.
How do I prevent taklon bristles from splaying?
Always dry the brush flat or with the bristles pointing downward (not upward), and never leave a wet brush standing upright, which causes water to pool in the ferrule and loosen the bristle bond over time.
